The digital marketing intern will assist the align.me team on a variety of in-house marketing projects.

On any given day you could find yourself deep diving into any of the following digital marketing activities:

  • Copywriting

  • Miscellaneous 

What we’re looking for:

  • Currently studying (preferably final year) and/or completed a relevant degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Professional Writing, Journalism, PR, Arts or Economics.
  • A team player with a keen interest in further professional development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to integrate easily and work co-operatively with a busy, yet fun and welcoming team environment.
  • Confident and proactive with a can-do attitude
  • We don’t expect you to have experience in marketing, but you need to be passionate about it!

Terms of the internship:

  • You will be required to work 2 days per week from 9am to 5pm, for a period of 8 weeks (this can be negotiated depending on your schedule).
  • Travel expenses to and from will not be covered.
  • You will need to provide your own laptop.

Social Status have got the perfect opportunity for two people looking to get into graphic design, social or digital marketing - or just to gain an understanding of the social world on your way to a holistic marketing role.

We are ideally looking for two, 1 day per week unpaid interns in South Melbourne.

We are on the lookout for a couple interns who want to learn how to crush it in social media and digital marketing. You will be dealing with content creation, copy writing, strategy creation and shown the basics of social/digital advertising.

You'll get the chance to work on some of Australia's most well loved brands, gain valuable experience and even a portfolio of work to help launch your marketing career.

We work with brands such as Haymes Paint, Early Settler, Gray-Nicolls and a large number of other well-known brands.

There may also be the possibility for future full-time employment within this agency for high achievers pending on success and clients.

Please note this role is unpaid, one day per week in South Melbourne.

Kindred Hearts is an online fashion retailer with a priority to find clothing labels that are ethically and sustainably produced. Their goal is to see Australians choosing clothes which care equally as good for those making them, as those wearing them.

An internship with Kindred Hearts is an opportunity to get your foot in the door of an in-demand industry and begin to understand the Australian Fashion Industry and the negative impacts of fast fashion.

As a small start-up business, you will work closely with the owners (who are experienced marketers!) will be responsible for the content creation of their weekly newsletters.

The successful applicant will bring creative ideas on how to grow our Instagram audience and will build a strong relationship with our audience. You will guide our audience from their first touch point with our brand, transforming them into a loyal customer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creating, editing and writing copy for our social media platforms (Instagram (primary focus), Facebook and Twitter)
  • Prepare Instagram stories
